Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: For starters, no swimming with any of it on! Water, especially chlorinated or salt water, can do some good damage to anything that might have a plating. Even sterling silver or gold we recommend you remove first before taking the plunge.
 
Additionally, most items can be cleaned using a soft cloth. For sterling or silver plated, we recommend our Sunshine Polishing Cloth. They are inexpensive, so you might want a second to keep in your handbag. If the piece is all sterling silver or gold, then feel free to use a liquid cleaner. Something from Target or Walgreens will work just fine. A used toothbrush will help get to some of those hard to reach areas.
 
Lastly, try not to get perfume/cologne or lotion on the item either. And if you think about it, too much perfume/cologne is never a good idea anyway. Am I right?

Q: Does sterling silver or silver plate tarnish?

A: Yes, to both. The best way to keep this from happening too quickly is to store the item in an air-tight baggie or container when you’re not wearing it. Air is the enemy here.
 

Q: Are you open to the public?

A: As a matter of fact, yes we are! Our location is a combination of retail/studio/office/warehouse/coffee shop/wine bar/doggie day care, and so much more. Our complex is more like an office area, so we are here Monday through Friday with the rest of the office-type people. We usually come in around 9ish, and stay until 5ish. Friday though – that’s a tough one. Often we’re here all day, but sometimes we’re not. Honestly, it depends on how nice it is out and if anyone’s having a good Happy Hour we should be at. So for those reasons (and many others), we suggest you call first to make sure we’re open. 952.229-4941
 

Q: I heard you have Girls Night Out events there. Is this true? Please say it is…

A: It is!! Be sure to sign up to receive our emails so you don’t miss out on any of them. Sometimes we’ll have snacks, sometimes wine, sometimes other vendors for fun will be here, oftentimes all of these – you just never know. Our goal is to have this space be a place everyone enjoys visiting. It helps us with creating our community of people who care.
